Unveiling Depths: The P79 In-Hull Transducer
Embark on a voyage of discovery with our P79 In-Hull Transducer, a marvel in marine technology designed to interface seamlessly with the underbelly of your vessel. Its unique design effortlessly adjusts to hull deadrise angles up to 22', ensuring a vertically oriented beam for precise echo receptions and accurate depth readings. This is not your ordinary "puck" type transducer; the P79 transcends conventional designs with a two-part system involving a base bonded to the hull filled with liquid, and a transducer that locks onto the base with a simple twist.
Technical Symphony: A Harmonious Interaction with Echoes
The P79 operates at frequencies of 50/200 kHz, with a power output of 600 W RMS, categorizing it as a mid-performance marine gadget. The essence of its functionality lies in the transmission of sound waves through liquid, ensuring optimized performance and clear readings even in challenging marine conditions. Designed to interface flawlessly with Lowrance HDS Series and Simrad NSE Series Multifunction Display units, the P79 becomes a crucial part of your marine exploration equipment.
Streamlined Form: Molding to Your Vessel's Contours
While the exact dimensions are not specified, the P79 is constructed with a sleek design in mind. Its ability to mold to the contours of your vessel's hull and adapt to varying deadrise angles exemplifies its streamlined nature. The compact design does not compromise on performance, ensuring accurate depth readings with every expedition.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
