Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 360 Series is a DC CLB circuit breaker panel range for organizing branch circuit protection on 12V and 24V DC boat systems. These panels use CLB push-button reset-only circuit breakers and are built around the 360 Panel System format, which uses an open frame approach for combining electrical panel functions in one installation.
The range covers 8, 16, and 24 position layouts, with square, horizontal, and vertical formats available. Each configuration has a 3.50 in depth, which helps when checking fit behind a helm, nav station, cabin electrical panel, or equipment locker before cutting or replacing a panel.
Key features
- DC branch circuit breaker panel range for 12V and 24V boat electrical systems.
- Available in 8, 16, and 24 position configurations to match the number of protected DC circuits on board.
- CLB push-button reset-only quick-connect circuit breakers rated at 15 A per position are included with each configuration.
- Square, horizontal, and vertical layouts help match the available mounting space at the helm, cabin panel, or electrical distribution area.
- 3.50 in panel depth across the range gives a consistent back-of-panel clearance requirement when planning installation.
- Square-format DC label set is included for identifying common boat loads and keeping the panel readable after installation.
Variants
This product is offered in multiple configurations so the panel can match the number of DC branch circuits and the available panel space on the boat.
The attributes that vary are the number of breaker positions and the panel orientation. The verified common points across the range are 12V/24V DC nominal voltage, CLB push-button reset-only 15 A circuit breakers, a 3.50 in depth, and a square-format DC label set.
- 1450: 8 positions, square orientation. This compact layout is suited to smaller DC distribution areas where space is limited and the circuit count is modest.
- 1451: 16 positions, horizontal orientation. The wide format works well where the panel opening has more width than height.
- 1452: 16 positions, vertical orientation. The taller layout is useful where a narrow mounting area is available but more circuit positions are needed.
- 1453: 24 positions, horizontal orientation. This format supports a larger DC branch circuit layout across a wider panel face.
- 1454: 24 positions, vertical orientation. This version gives the same 24-position capacity in a narrow, taller footprint.
Installation and fit
Check both the front panel footprint and the space behind the mounting location before installation. The 8-position square panel measures 4.75 in high by 4.88 in wide. The 16-position horizontal panel measures 4.75 in high by 9.25 in wide, while the 16-position vertical panel measures 7.75 in high by 4.88 in wide.
For larger DC systems, the 24-position horizontal panel measures 4.75 in high by 13.63 in wide, and the 24-position vertical panel measures 10.75 in high by 4.88 in wide. All configurations share a 3.50 in depth, so wiring clearance and service access behind the panel should be planned around that measurement.
Electrical use on board
This panel range is a good match for boats that need organized DC circuit protection for house loads such as lighting, pumps, electronics, instruments, refrigeration controls, and accessory circuits. The reset-only breaker format lets a tripped circuit be restored at the panel after the underlying fault or overload has been corrected.
Use the selected position count to match the actual circuit plan, leaving room for the loads that need their own protected branch circuits. As with any DC distribution panel, final breaker selection, wire size, feed protection, and grounding should match the vessel electrical plan and applicable marine electrical practices.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
